Colored ship icons from DeCease for WoWs 0.9.2

We introduce contour colored icons of ships in two versions from DeCease for World of Warships. Icons show the level of the ship and also there is a difference by colors. The colors are pretty bright, but for those who want more dim icons, there is a second option where all icons are less bright. You can see both options on the screenshot. In general, the icons are pretty good, anything way they are better than the standard ones.

Installation
